DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS AT SMALL’S
1. MENU AND DIETARY CONCERNS
We run a SINGLE FIXED MENU and have limited ability to accommodate substitutions. This menu contains dairy, gluten, yeast, raw and fermented products, capsaicin, alliums, nuts and seeds, seafood (includes shellfish), alcohol, and funghi.
By proceeding with your booking, you are acknowledging and absolving us of any dietary concerns you or your dining party may have.
The menu price is for food only. Drinks are available on site and are billed separately on the day.
Corkage available at:
- $50++ for standard 750ml non-sparkling bottles
- $70++ for standard-sized sparkling
- x2 for all magnums
2. DINING DETAILS
Please make sure all guests are fully vaccinated. As with government guidelines, any guest who cannot produce proof of vaccination may have to be turned away. No refund will be made if guests are turned away due to vaccination status.
We serve several groups per time slot and will start your meal 15 minutes into your time slot regardless of whether all guests have arrived. We need to feed all groups at the same time, so please don't be late! If you would like to amend your guest count, please contact us at email@example.com more than 48 hours in advance.
We estimate each dining experience to take about 3 hours. Last orders for lunchtime drinks are at 3pm, and dinnertime drinks at 10pm, with doors closing by 10.45pm.
3. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
This booking requires a hold per diner on your credit card - this amount is held as a guarantee of your party's full attendance. Any drinks you consume will be charged separately on the day.
Your charge when booking reflects the amount for the total number of guests in your dining party and is subject to 7% GST.
Cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of your dining sessions incur no penalty. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours will incur 50% of booking value, and cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 100% of booking value. This also applies to reductions in pax count. This policy is in place as we have committed time and effort to prepare each person's meal, and late cancellations mean we have deprived another party of the dining opportunity, which we are unlikely to fill at short notice. You may transfer your booking at your own discretion - please let us know who will be coming in your place. Note that you also take responsibility for ensuring the new attendees are compliant with all our T&Cs.
